The Easy2 story begins in 1999. Company founder John Bukovnik created a website and community dedicated to educating home improvers. Easy2DIY.com featured easy-to-follow animations, step-by-step instructions and convenient how-to tips. According to the very first Easy2 press release, “Anyone who wants to do a home improvement project should make Easy2DIY.com their first stop.”
The site was successful, but Bukovnik realized that the content the company created was of value to consumer product manufacturers and retailers. Under his vision and leadership, the company changed its focus to creating merchandising content and technology.
Easy2 took a huge leap forward in 2007 with the release of the MYO software platform, which allowed partners to create their own merchandising content and syndicate it to retail ecommerce sites. The MYO platform helped make Easy2 the industry leader in merchandising content and technology.
Sadly, In July 2010, company founder John Bukovnik passed away. The Easy2 Board of Directors was faced with the challenge of finding someone to lead Easy2 into the next stage of its life. In fall 2010, Ethan Cohen joined as CEO and has focused the company on its main goal of increasing our partners’ sales while providing exceptional client service.
